Our dear customers, recipients, fans, clients! As we are very keen to maintain both the highest level of service and product quality, and as many activities are becoming less and less dependent on us (including a lot of changes at subcontractors), we have decided to reorganise our sales system (but not our values!) and are making some important changes to the running of our brand.
∞ 1. NEW SEASONAL COLLECTIONS: you will be able to buy them directly from us in pre-season PREORDERS (lead times are unfortunately always flexible and these will be confirmed on a season to season basis).
We do NOT replenish our stock, we do NOT make new stock [with one exception, see point 4], and we will refer you to our DISTRIBUTORS for patterns from the latest (and older) collections.
This is why we have created a tab on our website for products at OUR DISTRIBUTORS, and under individual products we give you a link where you can buy the product directly.
∞ 2.You will also find a list of distributors in the separate WHERE TO BUY TROFEO.® tab. We will now focus on expanding this section to make our cycling clothing more accessible.
∞3. We still have some products in stock, which you will find under PRODUCTS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY. Most of the cycling clothes are already at lower prices, so you might still find something you like. You will also find them in the LESWASTE OUTLET.
∞ 4. For the moment, the products we want to stock are cycling caps – we will replenish them regularly.
∞ 5. TENERIFE has opened up new opportunities for us [this you probably already know ;)], so a new section CO-OPERATE WITH US has been created.
Apart from the fact that you can become our distributor, we can also help you organise various interesting things here on the spot (we will suggest what and how, organise a photo shoot, show you interesting routes). For now, the section is very general, we are closing confident projects and will keep you updated on its development. Head full of ideas, need some time.
∞ 6. CUSTOM PROJECTS – I am currently working on quite a few individual projects (both large and small) and I want to focus on PROJECTS now. I would like to invite you to the CUSTOM section of the website.
∞ On the occasion of these changes, which are an indispensable part of our life and which I/we very much appreciate, from this place we would like to thank all our friends, fans, clients who are with us, support us, appreciate our work.
